Eugenie Scott explains why science is agnostic

I visit a popular blog called pharyngula every once in a while.  I have to admit that it often rubs me the wrong way.  Atheists can and should be proud as anyone of their world-view, but it sort of comes off as a big circlejerk.  I’ve often tried to convince creationists that evolution isn’t philosophical materialism.  This is tricky when some atheists like to pretend it is.   My beef is dealt with brilliantly by Eugene C. Scott in this clip.
